The following characteristics are processed, which may enable a personal reference to be established
The purpose of the processing is described in the declaration of consent.
The legal basis for the processing of the data of the consenting data subject is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.
The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose of the processing. This is the case if the recordings may no longer be used for the purpose described in the declaration of consent.
As part of our press work, we may also pass on the recordings to media representatives and agencies with whom we work as part of our own marketing.
By providing the podcast feed including the MP3 files, third-party providers (e.g. Overcast, Fyyd, Spotify, iTunes) may provide this feed via their own portals and apps. It is often common practice for larger providers to use a content delivery network (CDN) in order to make the audio data available faster globally. We cannot rule out the possibility that other podcast aggregators may use our feed to link to our podcasts and cache the data that is generated there.

You have the right to obtain from the controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed, and, where that is the case, access to the personal data and the information specified in Art. 15 GDPR.
You have the right to obtain from the controller without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you and, where applicable, the completion of incomplete personal data (Art. 16 GDPR).
You have the right to obtain from the controller the erasure of personal data concerning you without undue delay where one of the grounds listed in Art. 17 GDPR applies, e.g. if the data is no longer required for the purposes pursued (right to erasure and "to be forgotten").
You have the right to obtain from the controller restriction of processing where one of the conditions listed in Art. 18 GDPR applies, e.g. if you have objected to processing pending the verification whether the legitimate grounds of the controller override your interests.
Pursuant to Art. 20 GDPR, you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and you have the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from the controller (right to data portability).
You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to processing of personal data concerning you. The controller will then no longer process the personal data unless the controller demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims (Art. 21 GDPR).
If the processing is based on consent within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a or 9 para. 2 lit. a GDPR, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, for example by sending an email to unsubscribe@sva.de, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of personal data relating to you infringes the GDPR (Art. 77 GDPR). You may exercise this right before a supervisory authority in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement.
